direct marketing agency, is a partner at the management and
consulting firm Marketing 1 to1Peppers and Rogers. MARTHA
ROGERS, Ph.D., also a partner at Marketing 1 to 1, is a
professor at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke, and a member of
the Dean’s Advisory Council at Indiana University. They are the
